You will be sent a registration form with all neccessary details concerning the payment via bank transfer.                                                                           A damage deposit of € 250 is required before arrival. You will be reimbursed within 5 days of your check-out, after a property inspection. Your deposit will be refunded by a bank transfer to the same bank account given in your registration.

There is one SPAR supermarket located in the golf resort, right next to the golf club and the restaurant. The supermarket offers traditional Spanish as well as imported products. Freshly baked bread is available every day. 

                                                                            Restaurant EL CASON is set in 19-th century colonial style Hacienda,  has a seating inside as well as an outside terrace area looking over the original gardens. There are many beaches to explore along the coast including Los Alcazares, where you will find a local market. Santiago de la Ribera and the Dos Mares shopping centre is a short drive away. One of thr nicest beaches is called MIL PALMERAS, with white sand beach and nearby beach bar (chiringuito).

The nearest airport is Region de Murcia International Airport, 25 km away from the resort. ALICANTE International Airport is at about 55 km away.

Car rental offices are located straight in the ALICANTE airport building.

In the area there are 2 hardcourt tennis courts,2 padel tennis courts, multi-purpose sports area is great for playing football and basketball. For the smallest, there are several children playgrounds, the biggest one can be found near the Restaurant El Cason.

In the kitchen, a refridgerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes – cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are provided.

There is  a WIFI connection for free and various TV channels at your disposal. NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and other applications are to be found on a smart TV.
